Prebendal House, Empingham

 

Phase 1 of the project focused on The Cottage and has been successfully completed, setting a high standard for the upcoming Phase 2, which involves the renovation of The Main House. 

 

The importance of preserving the historical and architectural integrity of these Grade II listed structures is paramount, and the electrical rewire is being carried out with great care and attention to detail. This means that every aspect of the project adheres to the strict regulations and guidelines in place for the conservation of listed buildings. Wiring, fixtures, and fittings have been chosen to complement the original aesthetics of the buildings while ensuring safety and functionality.

With Phase 2 currently underway, every effort is being made to seamlessly integrate modern electrical systems while preserving the heritage and charm of The Main House.
