Tasked with optimising gas sample collection and control systems, we successfully implemented a comprehensive solution that significantly enhanced the efficiency of the client's testing processes. 

 

The project involved the installation of two distinct runs of cable trays meticulously designed to segregate and organise components critical to the facility's operations. The first cable tray accommodated the intricate network of gas sample lines, ensuring a seamless flow of samples from the test chambers to the designated analysis points. The second tray was dedicated to control cables, effectively managing the intricate web of wires essential for operating the gas sensors. 

 

To maximise structural integrity and minimise interference, both cable trays were strategically supported off the purlins, providing a robust foundation for the entire system. This innovative approach not only optimised space utilisation but also facilitated ease of maintenance and future expansions.
